And as a joint venture between the Government and the Archdiocese of Malta, we truly believe that progress happens when people from all corners of society come together with a clear goal to achieve. That’s why we put conversation and cooperation at the heart of everything we do.
Over the past few years, we have been working closely with banks, construction firms, developers, NGOs, and others, making sure every voice is heard and every angle is covered. It’s this spirit of collaboration that is helping us introduce a range of practical, actionable initiatives tailored to different income brackets and individual needs.
We’ve learned that there’s no single, one-size-fits-all solution to Malta’s housing gap. Some people need guidance on finding the right financing options, others need homes that fit a specific family situation. By pooling our collective expertise and resources, we are confident we are making a tangible difference in people’s journey to acquiring affordable housing, whilst also laying the groundwork to sidestep future challenges in the local property market.
